King's Gifts School, a reputable Christian day and boarding institution located in Ago Iwoye, Ogun State, near the Olabisi Onabanjo University, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Government Teacher. Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons in Government in accordance with the approved curriculum.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom management style that encourages active student participation.
- Assess, monitor, and record students' academic progress, providing constructive feedback to support their continuous improvement.
- Prepare students effectively for internal examinations as well as external SSCE examinations.
- Participate actively in school meetings, professional development workshops, and co-curricular school activities.
- Collaborate cordially with colleagues, school management, and parents to promote the overall growth and values of the school.
- Minimum of a Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE) or Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) in Government or a related relevant field.
- Proven prior teaching experience with a strong grasp of secondary school Government curricula.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong classroom management skills with the ability to maintain discipline and inspire students.
