In this role, you will help shape the academic success of senior secondary students by delivering engaging, high-quality video tutorials and live online classes focused on entrance examinations and superior academic performance. If you have a deep mastery of the Government curriculum and a talent for simplifying complex civic and political concepts for young learners, we want you on our platform.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and comprehensive video tutorials on Government tailored for senior secondary and A-Level students.
- Prepare students thoroughly for major examinations including WAEC, JAMB, IGCSE, and relevant entrance exams.
- Develop innovative instructional materials and practice questions that align with current educational standards.
- Monitor student progress during live online classes and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with the content and production teams at Teesas to create culturally relevant and easy-to-understand educational content.
- Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Education, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record of teaching Government at the Senior Secondary or A-Level standard with measurable student success.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain foundational concepts clearly in a digital learning environment.
- Teaching certification (TRCN, PGDE, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
- Tech-savviness and comfort with recording video tutorials in a professional studio setting.
