We are currently looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Government, CRS, and Civic Education Teacher to join our dynamic academic team in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans for Government, Christian Religious Studies (CRS), and Civic Education in accordance with the Nigerian secondary school curriculum.
- Assess and evaluate student progress through quizzes, assignments, and examinations, providing constructive feedback to support academic growth.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment that encourages critical thinking and active student participation.
- Mentor students on moral values, civic responsibilities, and leadership principles in line with the school ethos.
- Participate in departmental meetings, school events, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development workshops.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and behavioral progress.
- Possession of an NCE, B.Ed, or B.Sc degree in Political Science, Education, CRS, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 3 years of proven teaching practice experience in a reputable secondary school setting.
- Strong knowledge of the Nigerian secondary education curriculum for Government, CRS, and Civic Education.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
