About the Role
Nicole Sinclair Consulting is a dynamic Human Resources Consulting firm positioned to help nurture businesses, people, and maximize vision. We are seeking to hire a Senior Strategic Human Resources Manager who will provide strategic and operational HR leadership for a group of manufacturing verticals across three African countries. Reporting to the Group Chief People Officer, this executive role will partner with senior business leadership to align people strategy with business objectives, drive organizational capability, strengthen leadership effectiveness, and foster a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities- Translate manufacturing business priorities into effective people strategies, workforce plans, and organizational design solutions.
- Lead talent management, succession planning, leadership development, and critical talent retention initiatives.
- Maintain constructive employee and labour relations, manage grievances, and promote workplace stability and regulatory compliance.
- Drive HR support for organizational transformation, change management, and business growth initiatives.
- Oversee HR service delivery, process improvement, automation, and data-driven decision-making across all operational sites.
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Management, or a related field.
- Professional HR certification such as CIPM, CIPD, SHRM, or an equivalent qualification.
- 15 to 20 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role.
- Proven expertise leading HR within a manufacturing, industrial, multinational, or similarly complex business environment.
- Strong command of employee and labour relations, multi-country HR operations, and C-suite stakeholder management.
