About the Role
FrieslandCampina WAMCO Nigeria PLC, an affiliate of the world’s largest dairy cooperative, is seeking ambitious and talented graduates for our Global Supply Chain Traineeship. This immersive three-year program takes you through a fully integrated supply chain, from grass to glass, giving you the opportunity to work across diverse teams to optimize organizational, technological, and analytical processes. You will help ensure our premium dairy products reach millions of consumers efficiently and sustainably while building a solid foundation for a long-term leadership career.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve supply chain, manufacturing, and logistical operations.
- Drive initiatives that ensure the right products are delivered to the right places at the right time and cost.
- Rotate through different operational roles, which may include serving as a Team Leader in packaging or a Demand Planner at our corporate headquarters.
- Participate in structured leadership development and technical training programs to sharpen your managerial competencies.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify process bottlenecks and implement innovative, data-driven solutions.
- Minimum of a Second Class Upper Degree in a Supply Chain-related or relevant field from a recognized university.
- 0-2 years of professional work experience, supported by relevant internships or extracurricular leadership activities.
- Must possess a valid NYSC Discharge Certificate.
- Minimum of 5 O-Level credits including English and Mathematics.
- Exceptional fluency in written and spoken English.
- High adaptability, resilience under pressure, and a collaborative mindset with openness to domestic or international relocation.
