Operating at the heart of our extensive manufacturing and distribution network, this program takes you on a unique journey from grass to glass, connecting farmers, production sites, logistics, and customers worldwide. You will begin your first rotation in one of our local plants before transitioning to a global function in your second rotation, building a solid foundation for an impactful international career in supply chain management.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Supply Chain Trainee, you will undergo structured rotations designed to build your operational and strategic competencies:
- Participate in end-to-end supply chain operations, spanning procurement, production, warehousing, and logistics.
- Drive continuous improvement and efficiency projects within our manufacturing plants during your first rotation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize distribution networks and inventory management.
- Prepare for global functions through targeted assignments that test your adaptability and strategic thinking.
- Manage fast-paced operational challenges while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
To be considered for the Global Supply Chain Traineeship, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- 0 to 2 years of professional work experience.
- A strong academic background with a minimum of a Second Class Upper Degree in a Supply Chain-related field.
- Must possess a valid NYSC Discharge Certificate.
- Minimum of 5 O'Level credits, including English and Mathematics.
- Demonstrated leadership potential through extracurricular activities, internships, or early work experience.
- Reflective, adaptable, and eager to learn in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Openness to domestic and international relocation as required by the program structure.
- Fluent in written and spoken English with strong interpersonal skills.
