We are currently seeking a results-driven and dynamic Hotel Manager to lead our operations, drive business growth, and maintain our high standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations across all hotel departments, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and security.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to maximize revenue, profitability, and overall guest satisfaction.
- Ensure strict compliance with Nigerian health, safety, hygiene, and legal regulations.
- Monitor staff performance, coordinate targeted training programs, and foster a positive, motivated work environment.
- Resolve guest complaints and feedback promptly, professionally, and to the highest standard.
- Manage operational budgets, control expenses, and prepare accurate financial and operational reports.
- Implement innovative marketing and promotional strategies to boost room occupancy and brand visibility.
- Coordinate seamlessly with external vendors, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in hotel management or senior hospitality leadership roles.
- Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial management, budgeting, and hospitality sales strategies.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first orientation.
