About the Role
Greenpeg Nigeria Limited, a leading industrial distribution and technical support company serving the Food & Beverages, Manufacturing, Mining, Construction, and Oil & Gas sectors, is seeking an experienced Global Project Manager. You will oversee the complete project lifecycle across multiple regions, ensuring safe, timely, and budget-compliant delivery that exceeds client expectations and company standards.
Key Responsibilities- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of international engineering projects
- Develop comprehensive project execution strategies, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Manage project risks, change requests, and stakeholder expectations effectively
- Monitor project performance, costs, and timelines to ensure successful delivery
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors, suppliers, and clients across multiple regions
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, contractual, and regulatory requirements
- Prepare detailed project reports, financial forecasts, and executive updates
- Drive continuous improvement and promote project management best practices
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field
- Minimum 6 years of project management experience in engineering, EPC, construction, or industrial sectors
- Proven experience managing large-scale and multi-region projects
- Strong proficiency in PMI/PMBOK or PRINCE2 methodologies
- Technical expertise with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and ERP systems
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and contract management skills
- Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional team management abilities
- Knowledge of international engineering standards and best practices
