About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and qualified educator to deliver dynamic geography lessons across multiple grade levels while fostering critical thinking and geographical awareness in a multicultural learning environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver comprehensive geography lessons aligned with both Nigerian and British national curriculums
- Create engaging lesson plans that incorporate interactive teaching methods and real-world applications
- Assess student progress through continuous evaluation and provide constructive feedback
- Maintain detailed records of student performance and attendance
- Collaborate with colleagues to support integrated learning across subjects
- Participate in school events, excursions, and extracurricular activities
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and development
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc), or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Geography or related field
- Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) in Geography
- Minimum 2 years of proven teaching experience in secondary or primary education
- Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) certification (preferred)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong classroom management and student engagement abilities
- Proficiency in using educational technology and digital resources
