About the Role

As a Generator Operator, you will play a vital role in ensuring reliable power supply by managing diesel generator systems and performing essential maintenance activities. Key Responsibilities- Operate, inspect, service, and maintain diesel generators and associated mechanical systems to ensure consistent and reliable power supply
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on all generator equipment to maximize reliability and minimize operational downtime
- Conduct corrective maintenance and troubleshooting to address mechanical and electrical issues promptly
- Monitor generator performance and maintain detailed maintenance records
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational protocols
- B.Sc. or HND in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in industrial electrical and electronics maintenance
- Strong knowledge of diesel generator systems and mechanical operations
- Excellent problem-solving and maintenance skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
