Key Responsibilities- Lead the overall strategic, administrative, and operational management of the hospitality establishment.
- Drive revenue growth, maximize profitability, and oversee comprehensive business performance metrics.
- Oversee all hotel departments including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance to ensure seamless operational excellence.
- Maintain exceptional guest experience standards and proactively resolve escalated guest inquiries or complaints.
- Manage operational budgets, financial forecasting, cost controls, and P&L performance.
- Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and wider hotel staff to foster a high-performance culture.
- Drive proactive business development initiatives and cultivate strong relationships with corporate clients and industry partners.
- Ensure strict compliance with all local and international hospitality, health, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Bachelor Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in comprehensive hospitality operations.
- At least 5 years serving in a senior management or General Management role within a reputable hotel or resort.
- Demonstrable expertise in multi-departmental leadership, revenue management, and strategic business growth.
- Possession of an MBA or relevant postgraduate hospitality certifications will be an added advantage.
