We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Manager, Executive Operations & Corporate Strategy to steer our organizational growth and deliver exceptional value to our oil and gas clientele across Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Spearhead the formulation and execution of corporate strategy to achieve long-term organizational objectives and market expansion.
- Oversee daily executive operations, ensuring seamless coordination across HR service delivery, recruitment, and talent development verticals.
- Partner with industry leaders in the energy sector to diagnose organizational needs and deploy customized human capital solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement in operational frameworks, standards, and structures to maximize productivity and client satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of HR professionals and operational specialists.
- Manage strategic stakeholder relationships and monitor industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree or MBA is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience, with significant exposure to the oil and gas or energy sector.
- Proven track record in executive operations, corporate strategy development, and large-scale human capital management.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and strategic decision-making abilities.
