About the Role
ProDevs is a global talent and technology company helping businesses build, hire, and scale with trusted technical talent. We are seeking an exceptional, commercially minded General Manager / Country Operations Lead to direct the performance, strategy, and operations of our expanding portfolio of businesses, including ProTaxi and our real estate investment platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the strategic development, commercial growth, and operational execution of the Group’s innovation and new business portfolio.
- Oversee the official Abuja launch, commercial performance, unit economics, and fleet utilisation of ProTaxi.
- Support real estate investment opportunities, wealth-building products, and portfolio scaling.
- Manage annual budgets, P&L, financial controls, and risk management across all business units.
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships with investors, developers, regulators, and industry stakeholders.
- Establish clear KPIs, operating systems, and accountability frameworks to drive sustainable growth.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive leadership experience in general management, operations, mobility, logistics, real estate, or fintech.
- Demonstrated expertise in P&L management, unit economics, budgeting, and financial planning.
- Strong background in asset-intensive operations, fleet management, or property investment products.
- Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and cross-functional leadership capabilities.
- Deep understanding of the Nigerian business and regulatory landscape, particularly within the Abuja market.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from NGN 1,200,000 to NGN 1,500,000.
