We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager, Administration to drive our operational excellence, oversee strategic administrative functions, and support our continued business growth in Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative leadership and strategic support to drive business development, sales, and marketing objectives across the company portfolio.
  • Design, implement, and monitor company-wide administrative policies, systems, and processes to achieve peak operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory bodies, government agencies, and external partners within the construction, interior design, and real estate sectors.
  • Develop, implement, and lead risk and crisis management protocols and business continuity plans to protect organizational integrity and ensure resilience.
  • Provide high-level administrative and compliance oversight for construction and renovation operations, ensuring projects align with budgetary, scheduling, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Collaborate with the finance department on budgetary planning, cost-control measures, and the efficient allocation of administrative resources.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across administrative, facilities, legal, and support service functions.
  • Manage critical relationships with key vendors, service providers, and institutional partners to ensure superior service delivery.
  • Oversee the management, maintenance, and security of all corporate offices, facilities, and administrative assets.
  • Ensure all company activities strictly adhere to internal policies, industry standards, and legal and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Law, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive, verifiable senior management experience with direct responsibility for administration, business development, and operations.
  • Direct working experience in the construction, real estate, or interior design industry.
  • Mandatory relevant professional certifications.
  • Proven, hands-on experience in crisis management and liaising with regulatory bodies in Lagos.
  • Must be a resident of Lagos or demonstrate a firm relocation plan.
  • Strong leadership, people management, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.
