FMR Agency is seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Manager to spearhead operations at our state-of-the-art PVC pipes manufacturing factory. Key Responsibilities- Oversee end-to-end factory operations including production, maintenance, quality control, and logistics.
- Develop and execute comprehensive production plans to consistently achieve company targets.
- Optimize machinery utilization while minimizing downtime, waste, and material defects.
- Manage, mentor, and evaluate the performance of all factory supervisors and operational teams.
- Collaborate with procurement to maintain optimal inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods.
- Ensure strict compliance with Nigerian workplace health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Monitor operational costs and implement cost-saving strategies without compromising quality.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
- 4 to 8 years of hands-on managerial experience within a PVC pipes manufacturing facility.
- Comprehensive knowledge of PVC extrusion machinery, production planning, and quality assurance.
