About the Role
T40 Technologies is a pioneering mobility technology solutions provider helping transport businesses digitize operations, accelerate growth, and increase sales. We are looking for a dynamic and creative Video Content Creator based in Lagos to drive our brand presence across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms for intercity.ng. In this role, you will take concepts from ideation to final execution, turning everyday travel and transportation experiences into compelling digital stories that drive awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute creative video concepts aligned with the intercity.ng brand and marketing objectives.
- Produce high-quality short-form video content specifically optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Handle end-to-end production including filming, editing, scripting, writing engaging hooks, and publishing final outputs.
- Research emerging social media trends, formats, audio tracks, and storytelling techniques to identify growth opportunities.
- Conduct on-location shoots across Lagos, featuring customers, transport operators, and brand milestones.
- Monitor video analytics and leverage insights to continuously optimize future content performance and audience reach.
- 1 to 3 years of proven experience creating high-impact video content for social media, digital platforms, or recognized brands.
- Strong proficiency with mobile and professional production equipment, including smartphones, cameras, lighting, and audio gear.
- Expertise in video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.
- Deep familiarity with social-first content dynamics, trends, and what drives meaningful engagement on short-form platforms.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills with a willingness to appear on camera when needed.
- Based in Lagos, Nigeria, with the flexibility to travel locally for shoots and content creation activities.
