About the Role
Cyra Fashion Academy is a premier vocational training institution dedicated to cultivating elite fashion designers and creative entrepreneurs. Based in Ota, Ogun State, we deliver an intensive, hands-on curriculum that bridges the gap between artistic garment production and commercial business execution. We are currently seeking a dynamic and visionary General Manager to lead our academy toward new heights of academic excellence and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the day-to-day administrative and academic operations of the fashion academy to ensure seamless delivery of programs.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive student enrollment, revenue growth, and brand visibility in the Nigerian market.
- Manage financial operations, including budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate administrative staff, instructors, and support personnel to foster a high-performance culture.
- Forge strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders, fashion houses, and corporate organizations for student internships and placements.
- Ensure compliance with relevant educational standards and regulatory bodies in Nigeria.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Fashion Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of proven managerial experience, preferably within the education, vocational training, or creative industry sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and drive institutional growth.
- Exceptional financial acumen, budgeting, and strategic planning capabilities.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Residency in or willingness to work in Ota, Ogun State, with proximity to surrounding areas.
