Key Responsibilities- Drive business and commercial leadership to achieve corporate objectives and revenue targets.
- Oversee operations and service excellence across all departments to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Spearhead sales, marketing, and customer growth initiatives to expand market share.
- Provide robust people leadership by mentoring management teams and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Manage financial assets, P&L ownership, and budgeting to guarantee sustainable profitability.
- Enhance customer experience and brand reputation through meticulous attention to detail and quality.
- Ensure proper reporting and corporate governance, liaising effectively with the Group CEO.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related discipline.
- An MBA or relevant professional hospitality qualifications will be a distinct advantage.
- 10 to 15 years of progressive experience, with significant senior management tenure in customer-facing businesses, resorts, or lifestyle destinations.
- Demonstrable expertise in P&L ownership and driving commercial growth across multiple revenue streams.
- Strong resilience, adaptability, and an innovative, opportunity-oriented mindset.
- Ability to operate independently while maintaining appropriate communication channels with upper management.
