Avonix Place, a premier restaurant and luxury lounge located in the upscale Victoria Garden City and Ajah area of Lekki, Lagos, is seeking a visionary and results-driven General Manager. Renowned as a top-tier destination for fine and casual dining featuring a diverse menu of intercontinental and African cuisines, we are looking for a dynamic leader to elevate our brand presence, optimize daily operations, and deliver unforgettable hospitality experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the executive team in executing overall business strategic goals and driving profitability.
- Provide comprehensive operational and financial management oversight, including budget planning, inventory control, and cost management.
- Ensure the highest standards of customer service, guest satisfaction, and quality control across all dining and lounge areas.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and retention strategies to foster a high-performing team culture.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards within the hospitality industry.
- MBA, HND, or B.Sc in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive industry experience, with a strong background in 4/5-star hotel restaurant management or fine-dining restaurant chain management.
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, financial oversight, and P&L management.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal relationship skills.
