About the Role
HRLeverage Africa is a premium professional services firm delivering an excellent spectrum of HR, outsourcing, and recruitment solutions through a custom-built approach. We are currently seeking an experienced, dynamic, and results-driven General Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership, drive business growth, and ensure the optimal performance of our organisation in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and oversee the company’s day-to-day business operations, ensuring seamless coordination and efficiency across all operational departments.
- Develop, execute, and refine comprehensive business strategies that support revenue growth, profitability, and long-term organisational objectives.
- Set clear performance expectations, monitor cross-functional team execution, and foster a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Identify lucrative new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and initiatives to significantly expand the company’s market presence.
- Build, cultivate, and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with key clients, vendors, industry partners, and key stakeholders.
- Represent the company professionally in high-level client meetings, vendor negotiations, and crucial business engagements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a closely related field.
- Proven extensive experience working in a senior management, executive, or General Manager role.
- Prior working experience or deep familiarity with the healthcare, medical equipment, medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, or related industry will be a distinct advantage.
- Demonstrated strength in strategic thinking, financial acumen, advanced problem-solving, and organisational management.
- Exceptional leadership capabilities with a proven track record of managing high-performing teams, driving business performance, and achieving ambitious organisational targets.
- Competitive gross monthly salary of N300,000.
