About the Role

Based at our facility in Ibafo, near the Mountain of Fire Prayer City, this full-time executive role is pivotal in overseeing daily operations, setting strategic goals, and driving organizational efficiency to ensure alignment with our corporate objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee overall daily operations and ensure seamless coordination across all manufacturing and support departments.
- Develop and implement strategic plans, aligning organizational resources with business needs for prudential management.
- Build, lead, and motivate high-performance cross-functional teams while fostering a positive, collaborative work environment.
- Apply data-driven problem-solving and critical-thinking processes to enhance operational oversight and productivity.
- Utilize strong financial acumen to manage budgets, resources, and strategic blueprints effectively.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders through outstanding presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree or MBA in Business Administration, Management, or a related relevant field.
- Minimum of two years of proven work experience successfully operating as a General Manager.
- Prior hands-on experience working within a manufacturing or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated expertise in team management, strategic planning, and financial oversight.
- Proficiency in standard office and business software, with familiarity in accounting or HR systems as a strong advantage.
