As our General Business Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of sustainable regional transport, cutting commuting costs, and modernizing the local economy starting from Adamawa State.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide broad commercial and business coordination for state operations, ensuring seamless execution of strategic objectives and commercial goals.
- Drive revenue performance and implement robust growth strategies across assigned operational locations.
- Manage critical stakeholder relationships with government bodies, partners, and local communities to foster sustainable business development.
- Oversee operational integration across various business units to ensure efficiency, compliance, and high standards of service delivery.
- Lead field activities and cross-functional teams to align daily operations with the overarching vision of the green transport initiative.
- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance, Transport/Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience, featuring significant management responsibility in a comparable business or operational environment.
- Possession of a Master's Degree in any relevant field will be considered a strong added advantage.
- Demonstrated strong commercial judgment, strategic planning capability, financial acumen, and exceptional stakeholder management skills.
