About the Role
Sinoma Nigeria Company Limited, an affiliate of Sinoma International Engineering Co., Ltd and the China Sinoma Group, is a leading global construction firm specializing in EPC turnkey projects. We are seeking a dedicated and organized General Administrative Manager with at least HSK Level 4 proficiency to join our dynamic team in Nigeria. In this vital role, you will bridge communication between local and international teams while managing comprehensive office operations, human resources support, and logistical workflows to ensure high productivity and seamless daily business continuity.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily administrative affairs, ensuring smooth office operations, accurate document sorting, and secure digital and physical filing systems.
- Oversee HR support functions including employee attendance tracking, leave management, personnel record maintenance, and onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Handle procurement, inventory control, and requisition management for essential office supplies and living materials.
- Coordinate comprehensive staff logistics, including accommodation arrangements, catering, and corporate transportation.
- Compile daily administrative data statistics, generate operational reports, and ensure timely updates.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination with local government agencies, external suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Support general recruitment processes and assist management with ad-hoc administrative and logistical assignments.
- Minimum of HSK Level 4 proficiency in Chinese, enabling seamless bilingual communication.
- Proven professional experience in general administration, office management, or human resources within a corporate environment.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail in record keeping and data reporting.
- Proficiency in standard office productivity tools and data management software.
- Exceptional interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills to liaise with diverse teams and external partners.
