About the Role

Sinoma Nigeria Company Limited, a prominent affiliate of Sinoma International Engineering Co., Ltd. and the China Sinoma Group, is looking for a dynamic and organized General Administration Manager to join our growing team. As a global leader in Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) turnkey projects, we pride ourselves on operational excellence and efficiency across all our branches. We are currently seeking a proactive professional to manage our daily administrative functions, streamline office workflows, and provide vital support to our expanding workforce in Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily administrative affairs, document organization, and systematic archiving within the office.
  • Manage employee attendance tracking, leave requests, personnel records, and related administrative workflows.
  • Handle the procurement, inventory control, and requisition management of office supplies and daily necessities.
  • Coordinate comprehensive logistical arrangements, including employee accommodation, catering, and corporate transportation.
  • Support human resources functions such as recruitment coordination, seamless employee onboarding, and structured offboarding.
  • Compile daily administrative data statistics, generate accurate reports, and maintain up-to-date documentation.
  • Facilitate effective communication and coordination with local government agencies, external suppliers, and partner organizations.
  • Execute additional administrative and logistical assignments as delegated by upper management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven professional experience in general administration, office management, or human resources coordination.
  • Strong proficiency in data statistics, report generation, and standard office productivity software.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to navigate complex external relations with local government bodies and external vendors effectively.
  • Bilingual capability or a strong understanding of the Chinese language is an added advantage and qualifies for a higher salary package.
