About the Role

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Gateway Supervisor to join our fast-paced operations team and ensure the seamless, efficient, and secure movement of shipments through our logistics network.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily gateway operations, including inbound and outbound shipment processing, sorting, scanning, loading, and dispatch within agreed timelines.
- Coordinate and lead gateway operational staff, monitoring productivity, assigning duties, and promoting a safety-conscious work environment.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for all shipments, equipment, and assets, addressing any discrepancies promptly.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, safety regulations, quality control measures, and risk management processes.
- Monitor key operational performance indicators such as turnaround time, dispatch accuracy, and shipment integrity while preparing regular reports for management.
- Collaborate seamlessly with hubs, branches, and fleet teams to facilitate smooth cross-functional logistics operations.
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in logistics, transportation, courier, or supply chain operations, with at least 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, people management, and problem-solving abilities with excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with logistics management systems.
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment and willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends.
