About the Role
White Soul Group is a leading automobile sales, importation, and logistics provider with a stellar 19-year operational track record. We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Operations to oversee our comprehensive fleet and logistics operations. Reporting directly to the Chief Operations Officer, you will provide strategic and tactical leadership to ensure safe, efficient, and profitable service delivery that exceeds client expectations and adheres to global industry standards.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee safe, timely, and satisfactory delivery of client consignments and maintain a minimum 95% daily vehicle availability rate.
- Lead and manage the operations team, including drivers and fleet personnel, fostering accountability, efficiency, and compliance.
- Implement strict cost management controls to eliminate losses, diesel theft, and illegal haulage across all contracts.
- Collaborate with the safety team to enforce journey management plans, roadworthiness, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage client and stakeholder relationships, driving customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and successful contract audits.
- Oversee accurate fuel and diesel allocation, storage tracking, and coordinate with the workshop manager for proactive fleet maintenance.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; additional professional qualifications are a strong advantage.
- At least 10 years of proven experience in logistics and fleet operations, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior managerial capacity.
- Tech-savvy with demonstrated proficiency in logistics systems and GPS monitoring software.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and street-smart problem-solving skills.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel on short notice.
