Key Responsibilities- Diagnosing, dismantling, repairing, and reassembling gas generator engines and alternators independently from start to finish.
- Executing scheduled preventive maintenance services, including oil changes, filter replacements, and precise spark plug adjustments.
- Performing comprehensive minor and major engine overhauls to extend equipment lifespan.
- Testing and tuning generator systems to guarantee optimal performance, fuel efficiency, and strict emissions compliance.
- Troubleshooting complex control panels such as Deep Sea and ComAp, wiring harnesses, and excitation systems.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on, verifiable experience specifically in gas generator maintenance and overhaul.
- Previous working experience with major industrial brands like Caterpillar, Jenbacher, Cummins, or Perkins is a strong added advantage.
- Robust technical knowledge of gas fuel systems, ignition systems, and electronic governors.
- Must reside in or demonstrate a genuine willingness to relocate to Igbesa, Ogun State.
