Key Responsibilities- Supervise and manage field sales teams to ensure optimal daily operational execution and performance targets are met.
- Drive sales management initiatives and operational excellence across designated regional territories.
- Manage key client accounts and build strong relationships to enhance customer service delivery.
- Oversee administrative duties, team performance tracking, and comprehensive reporting on field activities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align field strategies with broader company growth objectives.
- Degree, Higher National Diploma, or basic diploma in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of proven experience in the FMCG industry, ideally serving as a senior sales representative or in a similar supervisory capacity.
- Demonstrated expertise in sales management, team management, and account management.
- Strong operational management and administrative skills with acute attention to detail.
