Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service to shoppers and build positive brand perceptions
- Maintain accurate daily records of stock levels, promotional activities, and consumer interactions
- Ensure optimal shelf health, product placement, cleanliness, and merchandising standards in retail stores
- Possess deep knowledge of the client's products to effectively promote and upsell to potential customers
- Report market insights, competitor activities, and stock discrepancies to the supervisor promptly
- Minimum of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) qualification
- 3 to 6 months of proven experience in Modern Trade Merchandising within supermarkets, hypermarkets, and department stores
- Must currently reside in Ibadan, Ogun, or Benin City
- Immaculate grooming and a consistently professional appearance
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
