Key Responsibilities- Promote the company's healthcare and hygiene products through direct marketing, networking, and field activities.
- Identify and approach prospective customers to generate new business opportunities and revenue streams.
- Attract new clients, present product offerings effectively, negotiate terms, and successfully close sales.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, emerging market trends, and new business opportunities.
- Provide regular reports and updates on marketing activities, customer feedback, and sales performance.
- Work diligently to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets to maximize commission earnings.
- Minimum of an HND or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Previous experience in field marketing, sales, or business development is a distinct advantage.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport easily.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently to meet targets.
- Must be able to commute reliably to Lagos or be willing to relocate.
