Smollan, a leading global commerce solutions company, is seeking a dynamic and driven GA Brand Promoter to join our growing team in Nigeria. In this exciting role, you will play a crucial part in our expansion across Greater Africa, helping our clients achieve faster and scalable growth by connecting brands with shoppers in dynamic retail environments.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining accurate daily records of promotional activities and inventory.
- Ensure optimal shelf health and maintenance, guaranteeing that products are well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
- Act as a knowledgeable brand ambassador, effectively promoting the client's products and educating consumers on their unique benefits.
- Collaborate with retail partners to maximize brand visibility and execute impactful in-store merchandising strategies.
- Minimum of an OND qualification from a recognized institution.
- 3 to 6 months of hands-on experience in Modern Trade Merchandising within supermarkets, hypermarkets, and large-format retail stores.
- Must currently reside in either Kano or Abuja with a strong understanding of the local retail market.
- Possess a well-groomed and professional appearance befitting a brand representative.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage customers and report effectively to management.
