We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Agent to join our team in Nigeria to drive market expansion and promote innovative Koolboks products.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and approach potential clients within assigned territories to generate new business leads.
- Promote and sell Koolboks products effectively to both individual consumers and businesses.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
- Consistently achieve individual and team sales targets to contribute to overall company revenue goals.
- Prepare accurate daily and weekly sales reports and forecasts, providing actionable market insights.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Provide exceptional customer support throughout the entire sales and recovery process.
- Gather valuable customer feedback and relay it to internal teams for continuous product and service improvement.
- Identify strategic opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue from existing accounts.
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in field sales or a closely related commercial role.
- A demonstrable track record of consistently meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively within a broader team.
