Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Further Mathematics lessons tailored to diverse learning styles and secondary school curriculum standards.
- Evaluate and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and targeted support to ensure academic success.
- Maintain a positive, disciplined, and inclusive classroom environment conducive to effective teaching and learning.
- Prepare students adequately for external examinations through rigorous practice, assessments, and revision sessions.
- Participate actively in school events, staff meetings, and professional development programs organized by the institution.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall STEM curriculum and extracurricular academic activities.
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Mathematics, Education, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven teaching experience in Further Mathematics at the secondary school level.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex mathematical concepts clearly.
- Strong classroom management skills with a proven ability to maintain student engagement and discipline.
