Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and comprehensive Further Mathematics lessons to senior secondary students in alignment with the approved curriculum.
- Develop detailed lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Maintain effective classroom management to foster a positive, disciplined, and academically rigorous learning environment.
- Monitor, evaluate, and record student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Prepare students adequately for internal examinations and high-stakes external assessments with a focus on academic excellence.
- Participate actively in school-wide academic meetings, professional development workshops, and extracurricular activities.
- Possession of a B.Ed., B.Sc., or B.A. in Mathematics or a directly relevant discipline from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven classroom teaching experience, specifically teaching Further Mathematics at the secondary school level.
- Demonstrated expertise in advanced mathematical concepts and problem-solving techniques.
