Key Responsibilities- Manage the daily operations of the furniture production line to ensure all client orders are executed precisely according to specifications.
- Produce accurate furniture sketches, blueprints, and ensure proper dimensions for all manufacturing projects.
- Coordinate and liaise closely with artisans and workshop staff to guarantee timely delivery of projects.
- Oversee the procurement, coordination, and inventory management of all raw materials while maintaining strict quality control.
- Troubleshoot and resolve design, structural, and manufacturing problems swiftly as they arise on the production floor.
- Ensure all finished furniture products strictly adhere to the company quality assurance standards and client expectations.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in furniture manufacturing, production, or interior design.
- Minimum of a National Diploma (ND) in Engineering, Architecture, Furniture Manufacturing, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Strong technical knowledge of woodworking, materials, and overall project management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to lead a diverse team of artisans.
- Must reside around the Yaba axis in Lagos for seamless daily commute.
