About the Role
RetainPro Management is seeking a talented and driven Fullstack Developer to join our dynamic team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-end web applications that drive our business forward. You will work within a collaborative, cross-functional environment to deliver robust digital solutions that meet the highest standards of performance, security, and user experience.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain responsive front-end interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks, HTML, and CSS.
- Build, secure, and scale back-end services, APIs, and robust database architectures.
- Integrate third-party systems and optimize application performance across the entire technology stack.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and operations teams to translate business requirements into reliable technical features.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, participate in code reviews, and champion engineering best practices.
- Support deployment pipelines and ensure strict adherence to security and data privacy standards.
- Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer building end-to-end web applications.
- Strong proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Solid back-end development skills with hands-on experience managing APIs, databases, and server-side frameworks.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git, CI/CD workflows, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical industry experience.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and experience working in hybrid teams.
- Prior experience in regulated industries such as health tech or fintech is an added advantage.
