We are currently looking for a talented Full-Stack / Backend Developer to join our dynamic team and play a critical role in managing and developing our core banking platforms and financial technology infrastructure. Key Responsibilities- Develop, scale, and maintain robust backend and frontend applications to support core banking operations.
- Manage complex databases, RESTful APIs, financial transactions, digital wallets, and third-party financial integrations.
- Ensure uncompromising system security, optimal performance, and high availability across all platforms.
- Integrate banking gateways, payment processors, KYC verification systems, and other essential third-party services.
- Troubleshoot complex system issues, optimize database queries, and actively manage production environments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to conceptualize, develop, and deploy new features while improving existing legacy systems.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on backend architecture.
- Proven expertise in Laravel / PHP, Flutter / Dart, and building secure REST APIs.
- Solid experience working with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Proficient in Git and version control, server administration, and cloud management.
- Deep understanding of authentication protocols, application security, and handling secure financial transactions.
- Prior experience working within the fintech, banking, or payment gateway sectors is a distinct advantage.
- Ability to work autonomously, solve problems creatively, and manage an active production system.
