About the Role

LifeBank is a pioneering healthcare technology and logistics platform dedicated to making essential medical products, such as blood and oxygen, available when and where they are needed in Nigeria to save lives. We mobilize blood donations, maintain comprehensive inventory tracking across the country, and deliver critical supplies in optimal conditions directly to the point of need. We are currently seeking a dynamic and driven Fulfilment Officer to join our team in Onipanu, Lagos, and help us scale our life-saving operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee vendor management across Nigeria, ensuring seamless visibility and coordination through Field Operations Supervisors (FOS) in all operational regions.
  • Monitor vendor performance, logistical movement, and strict compliance with operational standards nationwide.
  • Provide direct, hands-on oversight of Lagos operations, encompassing vendor performance metrics, dispatch rider activities, and flawless service delivery.
  • Manage the Lagos office administration while maintaining clear operational visibility into regional branches through structured FOS reporting.
  • Establish and maintain a robust reporting and escalation structure bridging riders, FOS, and central operations.
  • Coordinate day-to-day rider operations by collaborating with FOS to resolve bottlenecks, manage escalations, and maximize delivery efficiency.
  • Drive vendor growth initiatives and transition all active vendors to Tier 1 status through targeted engagement strategies.
  • Ensure 100% adoption of OVA by vendors in real time for streamlined order fulfillment, accurate inventory management, and secure payments.
  • Track order fulfillment metrics meticulously to guarantee that all viable medical orders are delivered safely and on schedule.
  • Enforce compliance by ensuring all active vendors complete quarterly Quality Assurance (QA) assessments and meet mandatory healthcare standards.
  • Identify operational gaps continuously and implement innovative improvements to elevate overall efficiency and service delivery.

Qualifications
  • Possession of a Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc) from a recognized tertiary institution.
  • 2 to 4 years of proven professional experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or vendor management.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and third-party vendors.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a data-driven approach to resolving logistical challenges.
  • Proficiency in using digital operational tools, inventory management systems, and real-time tracking platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, suited for a fast-paced environment.
