About the Role
Zipline is transforming global healthcare delivery through our world-class autonomous drone network, ensuring life-saving medical products reach those who need them most without delay. As a Fulfillment Operations Specialist at our Pambegua, Kaduna State site, you will play a vital role in maintaining an uninterrupted supply chain of blood products, medications, and animal health commodities for hospitals and clinics. You will be responsible for daily fulfillment execution, inventory accuracy, and stringent quality control, directly impacting patient outcomes across the region.
Key Responsibilities- Receive customer orders, manage telephone communications, and coordinate with team members to process requests accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and package healthcare commodities for secure drone delivery, ensuring correct product selection and cold-chain compliance.
- Manage daily storage, stock records, forecasting inputs, and documentation for all regulated healthcare commodities.
- Maintain operational consumables inventory to ensure uninterrupted daily workflows for the entire facility team.
- Conduct daily quality-control checks, self-audits, and corrective actions in strict adherence to Quality Management Systems and safety standards.
- Resolve routine supply chain issues and promptly escalate risks affecting product quality, safety, or delivery continuity.
- Lead assigned fulfillment improvement projects to optimize order flow, inventory controls, and overall operational efficiency.
- Mandatory registration with the Pharmacy Council of Nigeria (PCN) accompanied by a valid practice license.
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of one year of hands-on professional experience within a hospital, clinic, laboratory, or manufacturing environment.
- Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English, alongside full fluency in Hausa.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site in Pambegua, Kaduna State, with willingness to work a 48-hour weekly schedule including nights and weekends.
