We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Fulfillment Officer (Delivery & Logistics Assistant) to join our growing operations team in Nigeria. In this role, you will be the vital link between our inventory and our customers, ensuring seamless order processing, accurate packaging, and efficient last-mile delivery. Key Responsibilities- Manage and oversee end-to-end customer order fulfillment from storage to final doorstep delivery.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock counts, and report discrepancies promptly.
- Ensure all items are securely packed and labeled correctly to prevent transit damage.
- Coordinate seamlessly with third-party dispatch riders, logistics partners, and internal drivers.
- Monitor delivery schedules to guarantee packages arrive safely and within the stipulated timeframe.
- Resolve customer delivery issues, inquiries, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Prepare daily and weekly logistics reports for management review.
- Minimum of an OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven working experience as a Fulfillment Officer, Logistics Assistant, or similar operational role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with dispatch riders and customers.
- Familiarity with Nigerian courier networks and major logistics routes is a distinct advantage.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in inventory management software or MS Office.
