About the Role

Key Responsibilities- Receive, review, and process customer orders accurately within company inventory and management systems.
- Accurately retrieve items from storage, inspect them thoroughly for damage, and pack them securely for safe dispatch.
- Coordinate seamlessly with delivery riders, couriers, and logistics partners to schedule pickups and track shipments to completion.
- Monitor stock levels consistently, record inbound and outbound shipments, and conduct regular cycle counts to prevent shortages.
- Handle customer complaints, shipping delays, returns, and order discrepancies promptly and professionally.
- Minimum of a Ordinary National Diploma (OND) or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven working experience as a Fulfillment Officer, Warehouse Associate, or in a similar logistics and inventory role.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for accuracy and detail in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities to handle customer issues and coordinate with dispatch riders.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and basic computer applications.
