About the Role
Dangote Cement Plc, a leading subsidiary of the renowned Dangote Group, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Fuel Loading and Logistics Officer to join our dynamic operations in Ibeju Lekki, Lagos. In this vital role, you will oversee the seamless transportation, inventory, and distribution activities of AGO, ensuring optimal supply chain efficiency and strict adherence to industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Track fuel movement, maintain accurate stock levels at storage facilities, and reconcile received versus dispatched volumes to prevent losses.
- Ensure strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies, refinery regulations, and loading safety protocols.
- Monitor tank levels, metering accuracy, and collaborate with finance teams for invoice verification and payment processing.
- Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly logistics reports to highlight inventory status and operational bottlenecks.
- Coordinate seamlessly with refinery staff, transporters, and regulatory bodies to optimize turnaround times and enhance operational efficiency.
- Possession of a Bachelor's Degree or HND from a reputable institution.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience within the oil and gas or logistics sector.
- Demonstrated expertise in loading operations coordination, inventory control, and documentation.
- Strong understanding of safety management, HSE regulations, and product handling standards.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
