We are currently looking for energetic, smart, and customer-oriented individuals to fill the role of Frontliners across our Lagos outlets. Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional, warm, and professional customer service at all times.
- Greet customers promptly and guide them through our menu offerings.
- Make personalized meal and drink recommendations based on customer preferences.
- Accurately take and serve food and beverage orders in a timely manner.
- Up-sell promotional items and specials to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-of-house environment.
- Minimum of SSCE or OND qualification from a recognized institution.
- Demonstrated understanding of basic customer service principles.
- Smart, well-groomed appearance with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure restaurant environment.
- Prior experience in the hospitality or quick-service restaurant industry is an added advantage.
