About the Role
Lauvee Beauty Salon, a premier luxury destination located in Wuse 2, Abuja, is looking for a vibrant and professional Front Desk Officer to join our dynamic team. Offering a full suite of high-end beauty services including hairstyling, braiding, makeup, microblading, lash extensions, and pedicures, we pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional client experience from the moment guests walk through our doors. As the face of our brand, you will set the tone for luxury, elegance, and impeccable customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome and greet all clients warmly, ensuring a luxurious and comfortable reception experience.
- Manage salon appointments, bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling efficiently via phone, messaging, and walk-ins.
- Provide accurate information regarding salon services, pricing, and package deals to prospective and existing clients.
- Coordinate seamlessly with stylists, braiders, nail technicians, and other beauty professionals to maintain a smooth daily schedule.
- Process client payments accurately, manage POS transactions, and maintain up-to-date financial and appointment records.
- Handle client inquiries, feedback, and complaints with tact, professionalism, and prompt escalation when necessary.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing reception area that aligns with our luxury brand standards.
- Support general administrative tasks and assist management with daily salon operations.
- Proven prior experience working as a front desk officer, receptionist, or customer service representative within a salon or high-end hospitality environment.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant professional experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished, well-presented appearance.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm, professional, and composed in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, digital booking platforms, and payment processing tools.
