Key Responsibilities- Welcome and receive all patients and visitors to the clinic in a warm, courteous, and highly professional manner.
- Manage front desk inquiries, responding promptly and politely to incoming phone calls, emails, and messages from patients.
- Maintain accurate electronic records using MS Excel, ensuring all patient data and clinic logs are properly updated.
- Keep precise inventory records of optical products and clinic supplies, coordinating reorders when necessary.
- Record daily sales transactions accurately and compile comprehensive daily reports for management review.
- Assist with general administrative tasks and coordinate appointment schedules to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Must have completed the compulsory one-year National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.
- Must reside within Festac Town or its immediate environs in Lagos State.
- Proficiency in computer operations, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and record keeping.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
