About the Role
Caring Habitat is a premier 40-bed rehabilitation center dedicated to guiding patients from dependent to independent living. We are currently seeking a polished and empathetic Front Desk Officer to join our team in Lagos. Key Responsibilities- Greet all visitors, patients, and guests warmly in person and manage incoming communications over the phone.
- Handle general inquiries from clients and staff, accurately directing them to the appropriate medical personnel or departments.
- Maintain a tidy, professional, and well-stocked reception area with necessary administrative materials at all times.
- Manage a high volume of incoming calls, provide accurate information, redirect calls, and take detailed messages.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages, as well as prepare outgoing correspondence.
- Maintain accurate physical records and efficiently upload patient files onto the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.
- Perform additional administrative duties and support facility operations as assigned by management.
- Minimum of a Diploma or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
- At least 2 years of proven working experience as a Front Desk Officer, Receptionist, or Customer Service Personnel.
- Proficiency in computer operations and familiarity with digital record-keeping or EMR systems.
- Friendly, welcoming personality with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must reside in close proximity to Abraham Adesanya, Ajah, Lagos.
- Must be willing to work flexible day and night shift duties as scheduled by the line manager.
