About the Role
Nairapoint Finance Limited is a licensed digital financial technology platform in Nigeria focused on ethical lending, investment products, and retail wealth management. Officially launched in December 2025 at the Ikoyi Golf Club, Lagos, the platform was established by Nigerian entrepreneur Mrs. Funke Otti alongside Vice Chairman Dr. Mohammed K. Santuraki to deepen financial inclusion for individuals and micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). We are looking for a vibrant and professional Front Desk / Admin Officer to serve as the first point of contact for our organization, ensuring a welcoming environment and seamless daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities- Receive and welcome customers, visitors, and partners courteously, directing them to the appropriate personnel while maintaining a secure and neat reception area.
- Answer and route incoming calls and enquiries promptly, providing accurate information regarding our loan, savings, investment, and agency banking products.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to management and staff, including scheduling meetings, managing office supplies, and coordinating with vendors.
- Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems, assisting customers with basic application requirements and KYC documentation checks.
- Ensure strict confidentiality of customer and company information in compliance with data privacy regulations and internal security policies.
- Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Public Administration, or a related discipline.
- 1 to 3 years of proven experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role, preferably within a bank, microfinance institution, or fintech.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with CRM or digital record-keeping tools.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a warm, professional telephone and in-person demeanor.
