About the Role
Penafort Energy Limited, an indigenous company with diverse operations in the downstream oil and gas and food and beverage sectors, is seeking a talented and passionate Fresh Juice and Smoothie Specialist for our drinks subsidiary. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering premium-quality beverages, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and operational efficiency at our workstation.
Key Responsibilities- Perform all smoothie and fresh juice preparation and service duties diligently and professionally in accordance with brand standards.
- Follow approved recipes, standard operating procedures, food safety requirements, and strict hygiene standards at all times.
- Maintain absolute consistency in taste, quality, portion size, and appealing presentation of all beverage products.
- Meet assigned daily production and sales targets as communicated by management.
- Exercise proper inventory control, minimizing wastage, spoilage, and overproduction of ingredients and packaging materials.
- Keep the workstation clean, hygienic, organized, and safe throughout operational hours.
- Provide prompt, courteous, and professional service to every customer.
- Report equipment faults, stock shortages, safety concerns, and customer feedback promptly to supervisors.
- Minimum of a SSCE, OND, or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
- Proven prior experience in beverage preparation, food service, hospitality, or a similar role is an added advantage.
- Demonstrated knowledge of food safety, kitchen hygiene, and health regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle physical demands of the role.
