In this role, you will play a vital part in managing financial relationships with our medical partners, ensuring accurate commission processing, and supporting our mission to deliver world-class eye care services across Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and update comprehensive records of referral doctors, clinics, and health maintenance organizations.
- Calculate, verify, and process commission payments and referral fees accurately and promptly.
- Manage invoices for referred patients, ensure precise billing, and follow up on outstanding receivables.
- Maintain accurate CRM databases to track patient volumes and referral trends.
- Reconcile referral account transactions and prepare detailed weekly and monthly financial reports.
- Act as the primary contact for referral partners regarding billing and payment inquiries.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to evaluate the success of promotional healthcare campaigns.
- BSc or HND in Accounting or a related financial discipline.
- Open to ambitious fresh graduates with strong academic credentials.
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
- Familiarity with accounting software such as SAP, Sage 50, QuickBooks, or hospital information systems.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting financial records and referral data.
