Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to expand the franchise network and drive sustainable business growth across designated regions.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard qualified franchisees, providing expert guidance in developing viable and profitable business plans.
- Design and implement robust training programs to equip franchisees and their staff for optimal operational success and customer service.
- Monitor franchise performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure strict compliance with company standards, SOPs, and agreements.
- Collaborate closely with the internal marketing team to execute impactful promotional initiatives that boost local brand visibility and sales.
- Conduct thorough business and competitive market analyses to assess franchise performance and identify strategic areas for improvement.
- Ensure franchise rebates are processed promptly and company assets within the franchise locations are properly maintained.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Social Sciences, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
- A Master's degree and relevant professional certifications in Project Management, CRM, or Sales represent a strong added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of proven experience in franchise management or a similar business development role.
- Prior working experience within the paints, building materials, FMCG, retail, or related industries is highly preferred.
- Exceptional business development, relationship management, analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and modern business management software.
